This was a great place to stay. It is located on the north side. Unless you are staying in the area you will not get a lot of people passing through. The condo was on the shore. You could snorkel or swim in the pool. The condo owners set up the room very good. You had a beautiful view of the sea.
This is a cozy and relaxing place. We loved the pool w/shower and related amenities, as well as the stairwell/ladder into the ocean, which provided great snorkeling with lots of marine life - without having to leave the condo (clear, blue/green water, colorful fish, some rays, and even saw a Moray eel going in/out of the rocks). Our hosts, Isabella & Matias were friendly and accomodating. When we return to Cozumel, we're likely to stay here again, and have recommended this place to our friends.
The most amazing place I have stayed at! 1. I love Cozumel 2. I didn't even think we had to leave our condo. Everything we needed was provided and there. I love the pool overlooking the ocean and the diving board and snorkeling right off the side was so cool! We loved the owners and their communication was great! We will definitely be back and I have recommended their condos to everyone!
Super quite spot in the main road, away from the noise in downtown. You can snorkel right from the pool and the sunset is amazing
My family (wife and 2 kids) stayed in miramar 401 for the week and had an amazing time. The sunset views were beautiful and the snorkeling right behind the pool was excellent.... honestly, better than snorkeling at chankanaab. That said, the current is fairly strong, so I'd recommend using fins. The unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. A/C worked great and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and lunch in the condo. We went out for dinner most nights, but we did use Matias' recommended chef Antonio for one of our nights, which was amazing. Highly recommend Antonio, but don't wait until the last minute to book him because he is in very high demand. Lastly, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location...far enough away from town to not deal with all the cruise riff raff, but still plenty close in for a quick, easy drive or taxi ride into town. We definitely plan to return in the future. Thanks again for everything, Matias!
Spent 7 days here and would definitely stay here again. The condo looked exactly like the pictures online so you know exactly what you're getting. It's very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, laundry supplies, etc. The view is second to none and the water right outside the condo is great for swimming and snorkeling. The staff is also incredibly helpful. On our first night, we noticed that one of the showers wasn't draining well. We reported it to management, and the staff had it fixed by noon the next day. Overall, extremely happy with our stay here.

Property, staff and management were all excellent. Snorkeling in front of the condos was fantastic. We are already planning another visit.
